L’informatica nella giustizia

[It] L’articolo si sofferma sull’analisi dei dati giudiziari, intesi come informazioni
sui procedimenti e come provvedimenti giurisdizionali, e sulle loro modalità di
raccolta ed elaborazione, sulla titolarità e gestione degli stessi, in capo al Ministero
della giustizia nelle sue articolazioni responsabili della Statistica e dei servizi
informativi, nonché sul ruolo che svolgono al riguardo gli uffici giudiziari e le reti
dei Referenti informatici RID (dal 2019 Referenti Distrettuali per l’Innovazione).

[Eng] The article focuses on the analysis of judicial data, as information on proceedings and as judicial decisions, and on the methods of collection and processing the same. It is also highlights the ownership and management of such data, headed by the Ministry of Justice through its sections responsible for Statistics and IT services, as well as on the role played in this regard by the judicial offices and the networks of RID IT Referrals (from 2019 District Referents for Innovation).
